When paying for online purchases with a credit card, increased legal security requirements apply, known as so-called two-factor authentication. A very common security procedure is, for example, "3-D Secure". Check with the card issuer or your bank which procedure is active for you.
How do you now proceed with online purchases with a credit card?
When paying, you enter your credit card details as usual, which are checked in a second step. Then, depending on the bank, you receive a one-time verification code such as a mobileTAN, an SMS-TAN or a push message on your own smartphone. Now you just have to approve the payment with it.
Yes, shipping is free for orders over CHF 150.00. For orders under CHF 150.00, we charge a flat rate of CHF 9.00 for postage.
No, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Should the delivered product be damaged upon receipt, not meet your expectations, or show manufacturing or packaging defects, you will find the further procedure described under Orders & Returns .
Please check if the billing and delivery addresses are identical. If this is not the case, our payment service provider CembraPay AG will reject payment by "purchase on account". You then have the option to select another payment method or ensure that the delivery address matches the billing address.
We do not handle the payment ourselves, but our payment provider CembraPay AG does. A rejection can have different reasons.
