Shipping Costs
Shipping via DPD. For a merchandise value of less than CHF 150.00, a flat rate of CHF 9.00 is charged for shipping. Orders with a merchandise value of over CHF 150.00 are shipped free of charge.
Delivery Area & Delivery Times
Deliveries are shipped with DPD and are limited to the territory of Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Products that are available from stock are delivered within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped at the earliest on the next working day.
On Sundays and official nationwide or cantonal holidays, no deliveries are processed, which extends the delivery times.

Returns
If the delivered product is damaged upon receipt, shows manufacturing or packaging defects, any complaint must be reported as soon as possible, no later than 3 days after receipt of the goods.
Customers with an account at golfersparadise.ch can log into their user account and initiate a return under "Orders".This can be done quickly and easily by finding the order you wish to complain about and then clicking on the "Return" button.
If you have ordered as a guest, you do not have a user account with golfersparadise.ch and must enter your return via golfersparadise.ch/return .
